Global Brand Marketing Intern

As a Marketing Associate, you will support our global marketing efforts and be part of a team shaping the future of our organization. 

Position Description 

The Global Brand Marketing Intern will play a key role in supporting the execution of marketing strategies, assisting with the development of product positioning, messaging, and creative campaigns based on data-driven insights. This role will provide exposure to cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners to bring integrated marketing initiatives to life. 

Key Position Responsibilities

·        Assist in the execution of marketing strategies and go-to-market plans. 

·       Support the creation and deployment of brand messaging, positioning, and creative strategies to engage target audiences. 

·       Contribute to cross-functional projects with PR, social media, and external partners to bring fully-integrated campaigns to life. 

·       Help monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. 

·       Collaborate with regional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and localized marketing efforts. 

·       Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimized marketing efforts. 

·       Assist in organizing and supporting marketing events, sponsorships, and activations. 

·       Research competitive brands and products and form recommendations to own Culligan’s whitespace. 

Skills

·       Understanding of basic marketing principles. 

·       Ability to collaborate with many different personalities. 

·       Analytical mindset with a creative problem-solving skillset. 

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

·       Knows latest trends in brands, products and media channels.  

·       Learning-first mindset with an eagerness dig into the details. 

·       Experience in advertising, creative development and creation is a plus. (ie. Canva, etc.) 

Qualifications

·       Incoming University senior or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. MBA interns will be considered as well. 

·       Passion for brand marketing, consumer insights, and creative storytelling. 

·       Prior internship or project experience in marketing is a plus, but not required. 

·       Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment. 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour (non-exempt, hourly position). 
  • Benefits: This position is not eligible for company-sponsored benefits.
