Job Title: Java Full stack Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC / West Des Moines, IA / West lake TX (Hybrid)                     

 

#Must Have - Minimum of 6 months experience in full time (40hr/week) in Software development role 

 This role is open to individuals who are authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship, including those on temporary work authorization.                                                   

 

Description:

 We are seeking engineers eager to advance their careers in Java full stack software development with a prestigious client in banking and financial services. This opportunity includes a comprehensive 4-week online pre-employment training program (15 hours per week), conveniently scheduled after business hours. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a $500 stipend. This is a fantastic chance to gain in-demand skills, hands-on experience, and a pathway into a dynamic tech role.

 

Prerequisite:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in Java full stack development
  • Experience with Java, Springboot, and Unit Test case development
  • Angular or related UI Framework experience
  • Oracle and MongoDB or related NoSQL database experience
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Candidates should be able to commute/relocate to the job location
  • Candidates should be able to commit to work a minimum of 15 months

 

Selection Process 

1. Technical interview by US and online assessment

2. Client Interview 

 

Training

  • 4 weeks of Java full stack pre-employment training during onboarding
  • Stipend - $500
