Onboarding Intern

Position Summary

The Onboarding Intern will support the ADAS Map Onboarding team at Opus IVS by assisting in customer service, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer support, technical training, and CRM documentation while working closely with various teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Support with outbound phone requests to clients and provide timely assistance.
  • Document customer interactions within our CRM system for record-keeping.
  • Assist in providing remote training sessions to help customers fully utilize tools.
  • Follow up on client technical issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Help integrate tools into client systems and monitor usage reports.
  • Review customer sessions and assist with subscription and billing processes.
  • Collaborate with interns on the Product Success, Manufacturing, and Software teams on special projects.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience utilizing Microsoft Office.
  • Interest in learning about CRM systems, sales processes, automotive technology, etc.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
