Notre Dame Mission Volunteers AmeriCorps Member
This is an AmeriCorps national service position. It is contingent on funding and open until filled. To serve in AmeriCorps you must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national, or lawful permanent resident of the United States. Please do not inquire if you do not meet these requirements.

NDMVA members provide direct in-person service at schools, community centers and non-profits. All positions are designed to provide academic assistance for grades K-12 or to provide adult education in the form of STEM education, GED, food security, job readiness or job training.
Responsibilities may include: assist with after-school programs, STEM education, help to facilitate or execute small group instruction with guidance/support from classroom teacher; work with teachers to coordinate in-class support for students around engagement and behavior; assist with the coordination and implementation of literacy classes; support food security organizations.

Minimum Requirements
Applicants must be a U.S. citizen, national or lawful permanent resident at least 18 or older and have a high school diploma or GED.
