Management Information Associate

Supreme Gear Company has been serving industries that are vital to the prosperity of countries across the globe including aerospace; defense; automotive; marine; medical; and commercial industries. As a manufacturer of precision machined parts, we provide many major aircraft builders with highly critical aircraft and missile engine gears; complete gear boxes; gear shafts; drives; sprockets and other components.

We have the opportunity for a highly motivated individual to assist our corporate staff in the daily operation and growth of our business. Our Ideal candidate will enjoy variety and challenge; will excel at multi-tasking; and be excited to support corporate goals. The position will require knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and its applications; general IT experience; and proficiency in Excel. Will assist in implementation of improved technology applications; cyber security; and website improvements & management.

 

Functions and Responsibilities May Include but not Limited To:

  • Cyber Security: Practice, Policy, Training, Improvement
  • Microsoft 365 administration
  • Website Maintenance: in-house and via third-party partners
  • General IT support to in-house staff
  • Social Media and Ecommerce Support and Management
  • Report Generation and Customization
  • Improved Utilization of ERP: Global Shop
  • Crystal Report customization
  • Special Projects as assigned
  • Executive Projects

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Relevant College Coursework & Experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office: Microsoft 365
  • Crystal Report experience a plus
  • Microsoft Access intermediate knowledge/experience
  • Global Shop experience a plus
  • Blockchain understanding
  • Able to prioritize and be self-directed
  • Capability to meet or exceed performance criteria
  • Exceptional Work Ethic and Attendance
  • Positive Attitude

Compensation will be based upon knowledge and experience.
