Role Overview

We’re seeking a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to support our digital marketing operations with a strong emphasis on technical setup and performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology—especially with hands-on experience in analytics, pixel setup, and campaign optimization.

You’ll work closely with our founding team members and creative partners to implement tracking tools, analyze user behavior, and support our presence across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities

Website Analytics & Tracking

  • Manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager
  • Set up Google ads
  • Define and implement custom events and conversion tracking
  • Monitor traffic trends and make actionable recommendations
  • Collaborate on A/B testing and performance optimization

Meta Business (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Ensure proper Meta Pixel configuration for both organic and paid campaigns
  • Set up and verify custom conversions, standard events, and retargeting strategies
  • Conduct A/B testing and monitor return on ad spend (ROAS)
  • Ensure proper integration between tracking systems and ad platforms

LinkedIn Ads

  • Set up and manage LinkedIn ad campaigns focused on B2B and professional services audiences

Social Media Marketing Support

  • Assist in content scheduling with creative team for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube 
  • Support paid ad campaign setup, including audience creation, conversion tracking, and retargeting
  • Collaborate on performance reporting and campaign adjustments
  • Provide ROAS data to management team

Technical Marketing Support

  • Troubleshoot tracking and data discrepancies across platforms
  • Generate reports with insights and performance metrics
  • Stay informed about evolving platform tools, algorithms, and privacy/tracking policies

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Tag Manager, and Google Ads
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, and YouTube tracking tools
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms from both a marketing and technical perspective
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
