We’re launching our flagship location inside Oakland Mall and looking for forward-thinking interns to grow with us.

About the Internship

This internship offers hands-on training in retail operations, visual merchandising, customer engagement, and product education — providing you with real-world experience that supports future careers in retail management, marketing, e-commerce, or entrepreneurship.

You won’t just stock shelves — you’ll be part of building a brand, learning how product curation, layout strategy, and consumer psychology drive success in modern retail.

What You’ll Learn & Do

Retail Operations:

Learn how to receive, process, and manage inventory efficiently

Support daily opening/closing checklists and store readiness

Gain experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and customer transactions

Visual Merchandising:

Help design and maintain attractive product displays

Rotate and restock shelves and fridges based on inventory flow and sales trends

Assist in seasonal and promotional visual updates

Product Knowledge & Shopper Experience:

Learn how to educate customers on trending wellness products and clean-label food brands

Support product demos and sampling events (if scheduled)

Engage with customers and collect feedback to improve store offerings

Entrepreneurial Exposure:

Get a behind-the-scenes look at launching a new retail concept

Collaborate on store improvements, signage, and brand storytelling

Optional: Assist with social media content creation or local outreach projects
