🎓 Internship Overview

This internship is ideal for students pursuing Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or Operations Management who want hands-on experience in a fast-paced, health-focused eatery. You’ll learn what it takes to run an efficient and customer-friendly food business from the ground up.

💡 What You’ll Do & Learn

Culinary Prep & Assembly
Prep fresh ingredients and assemble smoothies, yogurt bowls, wraps, and other clean-label meals with consistency and care.

Back-of-House Efficiency
Learn proper food handling, labeling, station setup, and how to maintain a smooth prep flow.

Front-of-House Support
Ensure the eatery remains clean, stocked, and guest-ready. You’ll contribute to a welcoming environment that reflects our brand values.

Opening/Closing Procedures
Assist with daily setup and end-of-day tasks, helping ensure smooth operations for every shift.

Small-Business Exposure
Work closely with the founder and gain behind-the-scenes experience of what it’s like to run a mission-driven food startup.
