Integration Engineer

We provide technology that financial institutions use to manage risk and drive growth. Our solutions automate key processes – from anti-money laundering to fraud detection to CECL readiness to digital lending – empowering our customers by addressing their Enterprise Risk Management needs. 


Individuals in this role will be responsible for customizing, building, and maintaining the data sync from financial institution clients’ data systems into our software solutions. Many data integration projects are a vital component of a larger implementation effort. The Integration Engineer will work with users of our software to create a project plan including steps to spec and build data extracts, gather requirements on necessary data, install file transfer programs and ensure accurate and ongoing automated sync of information between bank’s core and our software. This position will be located at our office in Raleigh, NC, Austin, TX, or remote.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Act as primary point-of-contact and lead financial institution customers through data integration projects of various size and scope.  
  • You are an “A” player who thrives on creative problem-solving and building meaningful client relationships 
  • Balance and organize priorities and responsibilities tied to concurrent projects as well as supporting existing clients 
  • Collaborate with customers and colleagues to understand business needs and translate into preferences for data processing configuration 
  • Establish expertise in proprietary integration technology and processes. Develop industry and front-end product knowledge 
  • Coordinate and conduct user testing sessions as well as training sessions on self-service technology 
  • Own file/document transfer processes from installation through support 
  • Troubleshoot existing client configuration and contribute to general customer support  
  • Work hand-in-hand with integration product team to test and maintain existing tools as well as identify new functionalities 
  • Coordinate the API implementation with other related teams 
  • Create documentation and project plans from scratch for new initiatives  
  • Occasional travel required for team events to support engagement, relationship-building, and key decision-making 

What You’ll Need: 

  • Exceptional research, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills 
  • Demonstrated superior project management and customer service skills 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, SQL, APIs, and database systems 
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
