Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Sleep Specialist Consultant to provide expert guidance in the development of the Moonleaping app. This role involves collaborating with our design and content teams to ensure that the app's strategies are grounded in the latest pediatric sleep research and are effective in promoting healthy sleep habits among children.​

Key Responsibilities

Content Development: Advise on and validate the sleep techniques and educational content within the app to ensure alignment with current pediatric sleep science.​

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and writers, to integrate sleep science principles seamlessly into the app's features.​

Research Integration: Provide insights into recent studies and best practices in pediatric sleep to inform app updates and new features.​

User Guidance: Assist in creating guidelines and resources for parents and caregivers to support their children's sleep health effectively.​

Qualifications

Education: Advanced degree (MD, PhD, or equivalent) in Pediatrics, Sleep Medicine, or a related field.​

Experience: Proven track record in pediatric sleep research or clinical practice, with a focus on behavioral sleep interventions for children.​

Skills:

Strong understanding of child development and sleep patterns.​

Ability to translate complex scientific information into accessible content for a general audience.​

Excellent communication and collaborative skills.​

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in developing educational or therapeutic content for digital platforms.​

Familiarity with mobile health applications and user engagement strategies.​
