The Voice Up Publishing Healthcare Leadership Internship is a 100% remote, flexible opportunity inspired by the life and leadership philosophy of Melvin L. This program connects passionate individuals with mentorship and real-world experience in healthcare administration, executive leadership, and public policy while advancing mental health awareness.

## Program Structure
This internship offers schedule flexibility, allowing participants to engage with the program on their own time while still benefiting from community connection and mentorship.

## Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate
- Interest in healthcare administration, public policy, mental health, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Commitment to reducing mental health stigma through education
