Technology Support Specialist - Student Affairs IT
Troubleshoot variety of software and hardware problems.
Assist staff and students over the phone or in person with software and network questions.
Maintain STC computer lab to make sure that it is in good working order.
Oversee the STC lab and assist patrons with technology questions.
Service printers as necessary, by replacing toners and loading paper.
Inspect computer equipment and report hardware or software problems to SADIT.
Any other responsibilities as assigned.
