AI Integration Engineer Intern (Master's Level)

The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Master's student in Computer Science to help develop our cutting-edge AI Copilot feature that will revolutionize how integrations are built. This role requires prior hands-on experience with AI technologies, specifically vector databases, RAG systems, and large language models. You will be able gain invaluable experience building products and solutions that are actively used by the customer and work in real world applications that could make a huge impact.

What You'll Do

  • Develop an AI system that can generate complete integration workflows from natural language descriptions
  • Implement and optimize vector databases and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques
  • Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) for standardized AI interactions
  • Design and execute testing protocols for AI-generated workflows
  • Create and refine AI prompts for workflow generation
  • Apply enterprise integration patterns to improve AI output quality

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Demonstrable prior experience implementing LLM-based applications
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of RAG systems implementation
  • Strong programming skills in Java or similar languages
  • Experience with prompt engineering for LLMs
  • Ability to work independently on complex technical challenges

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar AI services
  • Previous work with integration platforms or workflow automation
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and API integration patterns
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services
  • Understanding of enterprise software integration concepts
  • Previous internship or project experience in AI engineering

Details

  • Location: Atlanta, GA (preferred) with remote possibility for exceptional candidates
  • Duration: 3-6 months
  • Compensation: $1,500-$2,000 per month
