Are you a motivated team player looking to gain hands-on experience in the sales and marketing industry? CROSSMARK, a leading sales and marketing agency, is seeking enthusiastic interns to join our team for the summer of 2025. As a Sales Agency Intern, you will assist in various stages of the sales funnel and engage in special projects that push the industry forward.

What You'll Do:

• Own and research a key strategic initiative sponsored by a senior leader at CROSSMARK.
• Conduct research to understand trends, prove results, and determine costing structures.
• Develop a proposal for your capstone project, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Produce and present a PowerPoint presentation of your final proposal to executive leadership.

What We're Looking For:

• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Effective communication and excellent interpersonal, organizational, and research skills.
• Detail-oriented, team player, courageous, resilient, and motivated.
• Currently enrolled in a college degree program, preferably in marketing, sales, or business administration.

Compensation:

• This is a paid summer internship lasting approximately 10 weeks from June 2nd-August 8th with an hourly wage of $22/hr.

Location:

• Office environment minimum 3 days per week (Tues, Wed, Thurs) based out of our corporate HQ in Lewisville, TX. Minimal travel may be required.
