About the role
Take inventory of office supplies, place orders for supplies needed and restock beverages, snacks, and office supplies
Daily (when in office) lunch order setup
Prepare and handle incoming and outgoing mail & packages. Scan mail + share to correct team member
Guest registration + conference room booking
Provide assistance in preparing and submitting monthly expense reports.
Submit building work orders - including badge requests, deactivations, parking pass assignment
Provide assistance in attendance and coordinating volunteering events & holiday parties, and other events.
Social Media Posts, related to event promotion or reposting relevant content to boost our portfolio companies
About you
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Strong verbal & written communication + interpersonal skills
Proficiency in GSuite + Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Current undergraduate student
