Archive Logistics - Summer 2025 Intern
Cultivate, OneHope’s esteemed internship program, draws on over 30 years of expertise in research, program design, and outcome-based ministry. It provides a unique opportunity for students to discover their calling, enhance their faith and leadership skills, improve ministry practices, and connect with the global church. Our aim is to equip college students and recent graduates with essential training, mentorship, and hands-on experience in ministry work.
We are looking for proactive, resilient, and detail-oriented students to join our Operations team as Supply Chain Interns. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operational processes within a faith-based organization. You will assist in optimizing our supply chain and logistics systems to support the mission of OneHope and contribute to the successful execution of global projects and initiatives.
This position is perfect for individuals passionate about logistics, operational efficiency, and supporting the health and growth of OneHope’s ministry. Interns will gain valuable experience while learning to manage resources effectively and ensure that critical materials and supplies are available to serve the global church.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Archive Room Reorganization
- Make recommendations for improving archive organization and storage efficiency.
- Revamp a simple cataloging system for easy retrieval of archived books.
- Review and categorize stored books, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Organize a backlog of boxes, identifying duplicates or missing records.
2. Logistics Coordination Support
- Assist with data entry for book shipments, ensuring accuracy in shipment records.
- Verify shipping paperwork (invoices, packing slips, customs documents) before final approval.
- Track shipments and update internal systems with status changes.
- Communicate with vendors and shipping partners as needed to confirm details.
- Identify and suggest process improvements for shipment tracking and documentation.

- Passion for Ministry & Operations: A strong interest in supporting the mission of OneHope through logistics, supply chain management, and process optimization.
- Tenacity and Resilience: A driven and persistent attitude to overcome challenges, especially in fast-paced or unpredictable environments. You will be tested to find solutions when faced with obstacles and will need to demonstrate patience and persistence until the job is done.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze supply chain data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Organizational & Time Management Skills: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with supply chain or project management tools is a plus.
- Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal, to collaborate with various teams.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and proposing solutions to improve efficiency.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs and priorities.
