Summer Camp Counselor

Job Title: Summer Camp Counselor 
Reports to: Camp Lead & Program Director
Camp Dates: July 14–18, 2025 | Training: Saturday, July 12
Location: LifeFx – 6625 Lyndale Ave S, Richfield, MN
Compensation: $500 stipend

Our camp combines creativity, collaboration, and connection. Campers explore hands-on activities, outdoor adventures, and even make their own movie! You’ll be right in the middle of it all, supporting campers, leading fun, and making memories that will last long after summer has ended.
 

This Role Is Great For:

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Work alongside Camp Leads with daily activities, transitions, and group management.
  • Help campers stay engaged and feel included.
  • Join in on fun activities like crafts, games, field trips, and animal guest visits (there will be llamas). 
  • Support campers during our collaborative short film project.
  • Bring energy, patience, and kindness to everything you do.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 17 years old.
  • Must be available for all camp days (July 14–18) and training (July 12).
  • Enjoy working with kids and bring a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Previous experience working with children (e.g., babysitting, tutoring, volunteering) is preferred.
