Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Adoption Intern to drive internal AI adoption by building and deploying AI-powered tools. This role requires close collaboration with our internal teams to develop AI agents that enhance productivity across the company. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in AI, programming, and data analysis, with a keen understanding of Agentic AI. Candidates who have built AI-driven applications or projects will have a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities

AI Development & Deployment:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI tools to optimize internal workflows.
  • Experiment with Agentic AI to create autonomous productivity-enhancing AI agents.
  • Prototype and iterate on AI-driven solutions based on internal needs.

Collaboration & Implementation:

  • Work closely with internal teams to identify pain points and areas for AI integration.
  • Translate business challenges into AI-powered solutions.
  • Provide training and documentation on implemented AI tools.

Data Analysis & Optimization:

  • Collect and analyze data to improve AI models and ensure effectiveness.
  • Evaluate AI performance metrics and make data-driven improvements.
  • Stay up to date on AI advancements and suggest new adoption opportunities

Essential Skills for This Role:

  • Strong understanding of AI frameworks (LLMs, NLP, ML, etc.).
  • Proficiency in Javascript, Python, or another relevant coding language.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-powered applications.
  • Ability to identify and solve business problems using AI.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
