Position Summary
As an IT Intern specializing in Software Development, you will work closely with our experienced developers on real-world projects. You will gain exposure to the full software development lifecycle, contribute to codebases, and help design, develop, test, and deploy software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing, testing, and debugging software applications
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Participate in code reviews and team meetings
- Collaborate with team members to understand project requirements
- Support in identifying and fixing software bugs and performance issues
- Research new technologies and assist with proof-of-concept implementations
- Document technical processes and contribute to knowledge sharing
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#
- Understanding of software development principles and methodologies
- Basic knowledge of databases and version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges
Preferred Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Django)
- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
