WXOU is the soundtrack of Oakland University. Every year, we put on live radio shows, podcasts, news articles, concerts, and much more.

This position is great for you if you:
- Enjoy writing, both professionally and for fun.
- Are able to effectively review articles to publish on our website.
- Are comfortable writing scripts, and/or recording voice lines for airplay.
- Have a creative vision, and are able to set independent goals.
- Have experience with leadership.

In this position, you may occasionally be asked to:
- Help set up various events.
- Learn how to use and operate audio equipment.
