About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and highly creative Interim Graphic Designer to join our team and bring the Genesis Systems brand to life across digital channels. You’ll play a central role in designing and developing visual assets for a fully integrated global digital advertising campaign—touching everything from social media to video and web.

Working closely with the marketing and creative teams, you’ll help shape our visual identity and ensure every design element communicates innovation, sustainability, and impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Digital Design
    • Create high-quality visual content for digital platforms (social media graphics, web banners, infographics, email visuals, motion design, thumbnails, ads, etc.)
    • Assist in building visual components for multi-channel campaigns (social, video, paid media, email)
    • Develop graphic assets aligned with our brand guidelines
  • Campaign Support
    • Collaborate on the execution of a global integrated digital ad campaign (excluding print media)
    • Design content that supports campaign storytelling, lead generation, and brand awareness goals
    • Contribute to creative brainstorming and concept development
  • Brand & Visual Identity
    • Maintain consistency of visual elements across all assets
    • Assist in evolving brand design systems with a focus on innovation and clarity
    • Help ensure accessibility, scalability, and impact in all visual work
  • Content Collaboration
    • Partner with the Social Media Intern and broader marketing team to develop content calendars and campaign themes
    • Provide visual support for presentations, investor decks, and internal communications

What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects) or equivalent design tools
  • Knowledge of layout, typography, and motion/interactive design
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, purpose-driven environments
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and the power of visual storytelling

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Figma, Canva, CapCut, or web design tools
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles or web design trends
  • Animation or video editing experience
  • Interest in climate tech, engineering, or global development
