Junior Business Analyst (Entry-Level)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and curious Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team. If you're passionate about problem-solving, love working with data, and want to contribute to meaningful business decisions—this role is for you!

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work alongside product managers, operations leads, and marketing teams to identify trends, solve operational issues, and improve business performance.

Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze data to support business decision-making

Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders

Conduct market research and competitive analysis

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine KPIs

Help document business processes and suggest areas of improvement

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for growth

Qualifications:

Recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or related fields

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets and basic data analysis

Exposure to tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus (but not required)

Good communication and collaboration skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
