Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing/Sales Intern to support our marketing and sales efforts, with a primary focus on outreach and social media. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing, has strong communication skills, and is eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced work environment. Key Responsibilities:

Outreach Campaigns:

  • Research and identify potential leads for sales outreach and partnership opportunities.
  • Assist in crafting personalized outreach messages for potential clients and partners.
  • Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) tools by updating contact information and tracking outreach activities.

Social Media Management:

  • Develop, schedule, and post content across our social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance to optimize engagement and reach.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.

Content Creation:

  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as blog posts, infographics, and newsletters.
  • Work with graphic designers to create visuals for social media and outreach campaigns.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for brand growth.
  • Provide insights on customer behavior and social media trends to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in social media marketing, sales, and digital outreach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Creative thinker with an eye for design and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • Experience with CRM systems and social media management tools is a plus but not required.
