Summer Internship Business Process Automation/Artificial Intelligence
Summer Internship within our Business Process Automation (BPA) team with a focus on artificial intelligence(AI) offerings. This role will conduct research in applying artificial intelligence functionality to our current offerings and explore opportunities for new solution offerings. Work with industry leading automation software you will have the opportunity to explore the applying AI enhancements and determining the best application. You must be a self-starter with a high level of self-sufficiency and possess a passion for analyzing complex technologies and problem solving. You must demonstrate the ability to work in a team, and be a high-energy, self-motivated individual who thrives on exceeding expectations.
Responsibilities
- Research AI features and technology and applications to the offerings from the BPA team
- Take an idea and concept and generate an outcome, successful or not
- Develop recommendations for applying AI processes to existing or new solutions
- Develop a proof of concepts (POC) applying approved recommendations
- Develop and present results of recommendations and POC to the leadership team
Qualifications
- Pursuing a degree in Computer Science or Information technology
- Strong development foundation with experience with python, experience with other development languages and langchain is a plus
- Familiarity with current AI concepts and trends
- Strong work ethic, take charge attitude, and driven to succeed
- Excellent listening, multi-tasking, communication, and presentation skills
- Possess characteristic traits consistent with Pyramid’s core values of high integrity, professionalism, and team player orientation
- RAG, Agentic, and MCP concepts
- Ability and knowledge to create deployment and execution scripts
