We are launching an innovative division focused on transforming how high school and college athletes navigate the Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) landscape. Our mission is to help athletes develop strategic social media presences and sports management skills that create lasting impact for themselves, their families, and their communities.

### INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW
**Position Type:** 100% Remote, 100% Flexible
**Compensation:** Academic Credit, Volunteer Experience, or Potential Paid Stipend
**Start Date:** Immediate openings available

### WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns for athletes transitioning from personal to professional online presence
- Create customized CRM and athlete portal systems to streamline NIL opportunity management
- Assist athletes in crafting compelling personal brand narratives that resonate with target audiences
- Manage athlete social media content calendars and engagement strategies
- Analyze social media metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for growth
- Participate in weekly strategy sessions focused on sports management best practices
- Help athletes navigate potential social media pitfalls and turn challenges into opportunities

### WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Dynamic student leaders with experience in social media management, sports marketing, or related fields
- Individuals pursuing degrees in Sports Management, Digital Marketing, Communications, or Business
- Self-starters with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a flexible environment
