We are looking for a recent college graduate to join the team as a Technical Product Owner! You will focus on driving the development of a platform that leverages GenAI and open-source technologies to enhance business processes. The platform will assist businesses by leveraging AI to automate tasks, extract and classify information, and provide intelligent solutions across various domains. It will help streamline workflows and enhance decision-making by analyzing and processing data from diverse sources.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of a technical platform, using GenAI and open-source tools to automate and enhance vehicle auction processes.
• Replace traditional OCR methods with AI-driven solutions to classify and extract information from various documents, delivering smarter business insights.
• Work closely with Python developers, data scientists, AWS engineers, and UI/UX teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming to ensure the team stays aligned and focused on high-priority tasks.
• Create and maintain clear documentation for each use case, adapting templates as needed while ensuring accuracy and thoroughness.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, risk teams, and other Product Owners to refine product features, ensuring alignment with business goals and compliance standards.
• Guide the onboarding of new team members, including data scientists and Python developers, while ensuring effective Scrum practices are followed.

Top Skills Required:

• Currently pursuing or having earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science/Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Strong foundation in Python and experience working with data science, machine learning, or AI-driven application development.
• Technical understanding of data orientation and AI solutioning mindset.
• Exposure to modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Python, Spring Boot).
• A user-first mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, technical trade-offs, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, especially in cross-functional settings.
