Your mission, roles and responsibilities
The Human Resources (HR) Controlling & Generalist Intern assists the Human Resources Department at every level with clerical / administrative responsibilities and HR projects.
Controlling (60/70% of the role)
- Talent KPI reporting (Hiring, Resignation, Training, Career Development)
- Headcount reporting and analysis (Actual vs Forecast/Budget)
- HR KPI evolution reporting and dashboard creation and data analysis
- Various qualitative reports related to data analysis
- Validation of the correct information in HRIS
- HR budget consolidation and reporting
- Annual social report follow-up (quantitative/qualitative)
- Consolidation of the HR agenda (reporting deadlines, payroll dates)
- Annual Salary planning consolidation in line with budget
Generalist (40/30% of the role)
- File out and maintain training trackers with trainings hours, costs & training effectiveness for employees
- Assists in maintaining Site organizational charts
- Assist with coordination of new hire orientation: ensures new employees complete required forms, shows required training videos, explains company policies and benefits
- Create & renew purchase orders for HR & other services
- Performs general clerical duties: I9 verification, filing, tracking information, scheduling, etc.
- Other duties and special projects, as assigned
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Minimum education level: Must be pursuing a Bachelor or master’s degree Human Resources, Data Analysis or Finance
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong ability with Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of basic Human Resources principles and concepts
- Spanish is an asset
- Communication and analytic skills, ability to negotiate, Autonomy
- Customer and business understanding
- Ability to master change
- Basic knowledge of benefits administration
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Data entry skills
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Suite (primarily Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Commitment to the highest ethical standards and willingness to adhere to Faurecia’s Code of Ethics and Code of Management
