CX Program Intern

At Branch, we believe great customer experiences start with great programs. As a CX Program Intern, you’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team that’s rethinking how we deliver value to customers at scale. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management within a dynamic SaaS environment — helping us uncover insights, streamline operations, and drive meaningful change across the business.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Support Key CX Initiatives: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of customer-focused programs that enhance satisfaction and drive operational excellence. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth implementation.
     
  • Operationalize CX & Product Launches: Partner with Product and CX teams to support go-to-market efforts, ensure internal and external readiness, and help scale customer-facing support.
     
  • Project Management Support: Help maintain project plans and timelines, organize team meetings, track action items, and support the delivery of key CX initiatives on schedule.
     
  • Analyze Feedback: Collect and analyze team and customer feedback to identify trends, inform improvements, and drive action across programs.
     

What We’re Looking For

  • You’re currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
     
  • An entrepreneur and problem solver, you thrive on identifying challenges and finding innovative solutions, always eager to figure things out and create impactful results.
     
  • You’re analytical, organized, and excited by the idea of solving complex problems with smart programs.
     
  • You’re a clear communicator who thrives in collaborative environments.
     
  • You’re curious about CX, with a desire to learn how customer experience drives long-term growth in SaaS.
     
  • Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Asana, or Jira.
