Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Intern with a strong passion for video editing and content creation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on visual storytelling and is eager to help shape Transcend's presence across social and digital platforms. Unlike traditional marketing roles, this internship emphasizes hands-on production and media innovation over conventional tactics.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm and produce high-impact video content for social media, web, and campaign use.
- Shoot, edit, and optimize videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
- Assist in the creation of short-form and long-form visual content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube videos, etc.).
- Design and edit static and animated visuals using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Contribute to storytelling strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Monitor content trends and suggest innovative ways to integrate them into Transcend’s content pipeline.
- Help manage content calendars and support scheduling/publishing across platforms.

Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Media Production, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Portfolio or samples of past video/content work (required).
- Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling.
- Self-motivated, collaborative, and open to feedback.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics, animation, or photography.
