## Cultivating Purpose-Driven Leaders for Global Impact

### Program Vision
The Voice Up Leadership Incubator is an intensive, transformative program designed to identify and develop the next generation of purpose-driven leaders. Participants will receive unprecedented access to the founder of VoiceUp and comprehensive training on how to create organizations that drive meaningful social change on a global scale.

### Program Options
Choose the pathway that best fits your leadership journey:

#### 1. 3-Month Incubator Internship
A focused immersion into VoiceUp's purpose-driven methodology with hands-on experience in community impact projects.

#### 2. 6-Month Gap Year Program
An extended development opportunity divided into two 3-month phases, providing deeper engagement with VoiceUp's principles and operations.

#### 3. 12-24 Month Entrepreneurship Launch
Work directly with the VoiceUp founder to develop your initiative from concept to implementation across multiple pilot cities and communities.

### Participation Pathways
Participants can engage with any program option in one of three ways:
- **For Academic Credit**: Integrated with your educational institution
- **Volunteer Basis**: Contribute your time and talents to making a difference
- **Potential Stipend**: Selected ideas that have been vetted over a 60-day period may qualify for financial support

### Program Structure
Each program follows VoiceUp's proven four-step process while integrating practical leadership development:

#### 1. Discovering Your Purpose (Month 1)
- Weekly one-on-one mentorship with VoiceUp leadership team
- Purpose assessment and mapping workshops
- Case study analysis of VoiceUp's global expansion to 1,075 cities across 49 countries
- Introduction to AI tools for organizational development and scaling

#### 2. Finding Your Passion (Month 2)
- Identification of community needs aligned with personal interests
- Field experiences with current VoiceUp impact projects
- Guest sessions with purpose-driven leaders from the VoiceUp network
- AI-powered community needs assessment and solution design

#### 3. Learning to Speak Well (Month 3)
- Advanced communication training for different stakeholder groups
- Public speaking and presentation skills development
- Grant writing and fundraising communication strategies
- Digital storytelling and media engagement workshops
- AI-assisted content creation and communication strategy development

#### 4. Developing Your Organization (Month 4)
- Organizational structure and governance workshops
- Strategic planning and implementation frameworks
- Resource mobilization and partnership building
- Launch strategy development and execution
- AI integration for organizational efficiency and global scaling

- Addresses a specific need in their local community

- Utilizes AI tools for planning, implementation, and assessment
- Creates a replicable model for continued impact

#### Global Network
- Integration into VoiceUp's network spanning 1,075 cities and 49 countries
- Participation in global collaborations and initiatives
- Feature in "Make The Difference" publication
- Invitation to present at the annual Global Stories of Purpose Conference

### Application Process
1. **Initial Application**: Submit personal statement, leadership experience, and vision for community impact
2. **Purpose Assessment**: Complete VoiceUp's proprietary purpose assessment
3. **Interview**: Virtual conversation with VoiceUp leadership team
4. **60-Day Idea Vetting**: Selected applicants enter a 60-day period to refine and validate their concept
5. **Program Placement**: Based on the vetting process, participants are matched with the appropriate program length and participation pathway

### Program Outcomes
Graduates of the VoiceUp Leadership Incubator will:
- Develop a clear understanding of their purpose and how to align it with community needs
- Gain practical experience in creating and leading purpose-driven initiatives
- Build a strategic plan for launching or expanding their own organization
- Master AI-integration strategies for organizational scaling and impact
- Join an exclusive global network of purpose-driven leaders

### Commitment
- **3-Month Program**: 15-20 hours per week
- **6-Month Program**: 15-25 hours per week with increased responsibility
- **12-24 Month Program**: 20-30 hours per week with direct founder mentorship
- All programs include bi-weekly small group meetings and active engagement with the VoiceUp online community
