We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to communicate complex findings clearly to stakeholders.


Qualifications:
A degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).

Strong skills in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).

Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).

Familiarity with statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and regression analysis.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills with data.
