Who You Are:
Are you organized and ready to keep everything running smoothly? Our Syndication team is vital to driving company growth by supporting initiatives and tackling challenges for the sales team. As a Sales Enablement Intern, you’ll prioritize speed, efficiency, and collaboration while ensuring no detail goes unnoticed.
What You’ll Do:
- Inbox Management: Keep our inbox organized and ensure quick responses to client and partner inquiries. You'll be the first line of communication!
- Updating Deals: Accurately update and maintain deal information in Salesforce, ensuring that everything is tracked effectively for our team.
- Submitting Deals: Prepare and submit deals to our partners, ensuring all documentation is complete and submitted on time to keep the process moving.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth communication and help address any questions or issues that arise.
- Document Management: Organize and maintain files related to deals and client communications, making sure everything is easy to find and up to date.
- Process Improvement: Help identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve our workflows for better efficiency and productivity.
- Training Material Development: Collaborate with team members to create and update training materials that reflect our evolving products and processes.
What You Bring:
- BA/BS degree
- Coachable and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting
- Reliable and accountable — you follow through + show up
- Strong organizational skills + attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written + verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / G-Suite
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus

- $20/hr full-time internship (30 hr/wk minimum) with potential for promotion and $50k+ salary after 3 months
