🎯 Internship Overview

We're seeking a driven and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Intern to support company leadership in administrative operations, digital marketing setup, and vendor coordination. This is a hands-on internship designed to give real-world experience in the intersection of real estate, business systems, and community impact work.

 Responsibilities

  • Assist with setting up and managing LinkedIn and Facebook business pages
  • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and manage vendor files
  • Support CRM (HubSpot) updates and administrative workflows
  • Conduct light research on bidding opportunities and contracts
  • Draft outreach messages and internal communications
  • Assist with scheduling and project tracking

✅ Minimum Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university
  • 1 year of relevant experience (internship, work-study, or project-based)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, or HubSpot a plus
  • Must be eligible to receive academic credit from your institution
