Supply Chain Intern
May - August 2020 • Milan, MI
What I liked
I liked the material that I learned, as it was relevant to my major. I loved the people that I worked with. My manager was extremely kind and I could not have asked for a better mentor.
What I wish was different
I believe that the structure of their internship program was perfectly balanced in a manner that the employer receives benefits from having an intern and the intern also benefits from being at the company.
Advice
The automotive industry is one that is very fast-paced, and you should be ready to be on your toes at all times.

Tooling Intern
May - August 2019 • New Boston, MI
What I liked
Very laid back while in office but also got sent to plants for hands on experience. You can basically ask for help or questions to anyone at anytime and everyone is very willing to help. Good hours allowed for me to still have a summer.
What I wish was different
Little bit more of a workload or preparation of projects for me while I was in the office.
Advice
Don't sit around wondering what to do/how to do something. If you don't know someone will walk you through it and if there is no work for you to do its better that they know you're ready and eager to work.
