I enjoyed the work environment there and how my coworkers spent time training me and making sure I understood how to do my work.
What I wish was different
I wish I got to spend more time doing more audit work. I spent most of my time doing uniform guidance.
Advice
Do not be afraid to ask a lot of questions. They want to teach you how to audit, and that is the whole point of the internship.

Audit Intern
June - August 2020 • Lawrenceville, GA
What I liked
I really enjoyed my time at CapinCrouse. They have a fun atmosphere that encourages you to learn and ask questions. I also really enjoyed travelling to client sites and experiencing the full audit process, though COVID limited the amount of travel we were able to do.

Advice
Go for an internship! even if you think you will not get it, apply! I was so surprised I got an offer to intern at my first choice, and even more surprised I got offered a job after graduation. This was such a great experience, and I think working in the field is so different than just learning about it. It really helps you know what you are getting yourself into in your future career.
