All of it. Commonwealth was a great Internship experience. In particular, I liked being able to do work that mattered instead of busy work
What I wish was different
I wish that COVID had not shortened the internship.
Advice
People at Commonwealth are really helpful so do not be afraid to ask questions.

Human Resources Intern
May - August 2019 • Jackson, MI
What I liked
Commonwealth has one of the most structured intern program I have seen. The program consists of three aspects - technical, social, and community aspect. This allows you build your technical skills, grow your network, and give back to the community.
The social aspect of the internship features many fun events like an overnight field trip, a yard game lunch event, enjoying lunch at the food trucks downtown, having an ice cream truck visit the office, and more.
Coming in to work at Commonwealth everyday is something to look forward to. Your coworkers will turn into some of your best friends, you'll be given the opportunity to partake in many fun events, and the company truly cares about your career development. Interning here is one of the best decisions you can make for yourself.
