I love working with the kids and my coworkers are amazing. Being in the schools is a great experience overall.

There are sometimes double standards within the staff, which is frustrating and difficult at times.

They work around your schedule. You also have the opportunity to pick up more than your scheduled hours.

Advice
Just know that this job requires a lot of energy. You are responsible for taking care of kids for the day. Not only do you want to make sure you keep them safe, you also want to make sure they are having fun!
