I love volunteering and helping kids understand the legitimate rules of the game of baseball. There is no greater game in the world and to watch these kids progress through the different divisions brings a smile to my face.
What I wish was different
That the coaches/managers and parents especially would have a better knowledge of the rules of the game.
Advice
Must have thick skin and the ability to let comments roll off your back.
