I was able to learn more about how the MTA operates especially when dealing with complaints. They are also working to better diversify their workforce and it takes a lot to do that.
What I wish was different
I wish that I was able to access the resources I needed more quickly. However, I understand that because of the size of the agency, it isn't the best choice to give access to data to an intern.
