I loved working with the kids, it being a sports camp made it very interactive and fun to play all different types of games.
What I wish was different
I wish they would have hired better assistants. They were all in highschool and were very lazy so I did practically all of the work.
Advice
Being stressed out about being responsibly for 40 kids at a time is worth it when they hug you, their parents thank you, or you see them around town and they run up and hug you. I would definitely not be afraid to tell your subordinates what to do, to release stress on yourself.
