I enjoyed the flexibility in NSTEM because I was able to work on tasks in my own time and it gave me the ability to choose the days and times I'd work.
What I wish was different
Lack of pay was what demotivated me at times, but other than that, it was a great experience interning for the company.
Advice
If you're ever in need of assistance, it doesn't hurt to ask. The work environment is very friendly and the employees are there if you need help.

What I liked
You enjoy interning at the National STEM Honor Society because it allows you to immerse myself in the fascinating world of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Working alongside passionate individuals in the Video Department and working as a Co-Director allowed me to dedicated my time to promoting STEM education and ensure videos and STEM ideas made it to the eyes of many. With this internship, I gained valuable experiences, contributed to meaningful projects, and cultivated a deeper understanding of the importance of STEM in society.
What I wish was different
I wished for the National STEM Honor Society's leadership to implement stricter guidelines not only for interns across departments but also for Co-Directors. This will emphasize & improve communication and meeting attendance. Clearer expectations and accountability measures would enhance the organization's efficiency and cohesion, fostering a more productive and harmonious work environment.
Advice
Allow yourself time to get accustomed to the environment and overall, have fun.

What I liked
Great place to start with for corporate experience in market conditions being so tight. Excellent mentorship and numerous opportunities to explore new things. Being the Data Analytics Intern, I also contributed in HR Team for designing Applicant Screening system. Perform well and the next thing would be you lead a team and achieve progress.
What I wish was different
Everything was good overall, however I would wished that there are goals lined up for some new projects and have much more efficient time line.
Advice
I was inclined to join the Sales Analysis Team, however I got in Website SEO analysis. Now, I think I was fortunate because otherwise I would have never be able to get to know things such as metrics governing websites and how crucial it becomes to have these numbers right.

I wish there was more communication between the interns. For example, interns can have more opportunity to speak with each other individually through partner work projects.
