What I liked

I would like to express my appreciation for the work schedule's flexibility, which accommodates my needs and other commitments. Furthermore, I have established a great rapport with my colleagues at the company, and I am gaining a wealth of knowledge in various aspects of my field of interest, particularly through interactions with medical specialists, designers, and engineers on the team.

What I wish was different

I would like to mention that due to the remote working environment, there have been occasional difficulties with scheduling meetings.

Maintain an organized schedule, proactively seek feedback, and ask relevant questions to ensure timely completion of tasks and continuous improvement!

What I liked

I like that the schedule is very flexible according to our needs/other commitments, and I work very well with my team at the company. I'm learning a lot about different things concerning the field I'm interested in, and I have gained many new skills from this position!

I feel like communication/setting up meetings gets a little difficult sometimes since the company is working remotely

In general, always keep an organized schedule so you can keep track of deadlines/things needing to be completed!
