I enjoyed the wide variety of different projects that I was able to work with.
What I wish was different
I wish there was better technology for me to use while remote. The laptop I was given was slow and frustrating.
Advice
Try to get as much training as you can from every job. It's a type of compensation that stays with you forever.

Ability to choose what areas of HR I wanted to focus on.

I only wish I could have done more in person. This position was primarily remote due to COVID.
Advice
Nothing beats real world experience. I found areas of HR I like, and areas I didn't. This experience has allowed me to focus more on training and development, which is the portion of HR that I enjoyed the most.
