What I liked
I liked that the internship was something new every day-- you go through a 10 week rotational program shadowing leaders in every department in the store. However, there was a lack of support from leadership to grow as an individual and develop as a leader within the company.
What I wish was different
I wish there had been more encouragement and effort from leaders to develop you as a future leader within the company.
Advice
Ask tons of questions, especially from team members. They know the store the most!

lots of pressure to get RED CARDS, almost too much pressure to sell red cards.

just try to do your best and not let the pressure get to you about selling the red cards.
